We offer a plant focused tasting menu connecting our diners to the Cascadian bioregion’s bounty of the forest, farm, and field through the offering of seasonal, local dishes emphasizing the beauty of natural simplicity.

We offer two beverage pairing services with our dinners: a wine pairing and a non-alcoholic temperance pairing. Beverage pairings can be ordered in advanced or the night of. We also offer a bottle list as well as beverages by the glass, including a modest beer list.
